Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our website and services for personal or business purposes related to real estate investment, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorisation
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• You must not transfer the materials to another person

4. SMS / text messaging terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Kozlina Real Estate, you agree to the following terms.

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Kozlina Real Estate. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text START to our number or complete the opt-in form on our website.

5. Investor network terms

Membership in the Kozlina Real Estate investor network is subject to the following terms:

• Network membership is provided at no cost for qualified investors
• Property information shared is confidential and for your use only
• You agree not to share deal information with non-members without authorisation
• We reserve the right to remove members who violate network policies

6. Property information

All property information, including but not limited to pricing, rental estimates and property conditions, is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Kozlina Real Estate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any property information. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and inspections before making any purchase decisions.

7. Disclaimer

The materials and services are provided on an "as is" basis. Kozlina Real Estate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of property listings and rental estimates
• Uninterrupted or error-free website service
• Investment results or returns from property purchases

8. Limitations

In no event shall Kozlina Real Estate or its agents be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Kozlina Real Estate has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Real estate investment involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kozlina Real Estate harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
