Dylan Kozlina
Founder and owner/operator of Kozlina Real Estate. One of Pittsburgh's 2025 50 Finest honourees.
Dylan's real estate journey started in 2016 with a single multi-family purchase. What began as one investment became a portfolio spanning rental properties, short-term rentals and a Christmas tree farm — and, in 2020, a business.
He founded Kozlina Real Estate to do something the industry does badly: be straight with people. By 2024 that idea had become the platform KRE runs on today — transparent pricing, real analysis with every deal, and coordination that carries a transaction all the way to closing. Over 2,500 investors now get those deals first.

Obtained Pennsylvania real estate license #RS367244 and began selling off-market properties through corporate wholesaling for large acquisition companies.

Rebuilt the KRE platform
Turned KRE into the sales platform it is today — transparency, honesty and service in a space badly needing a different approach.
